Beyond a Reasonable Doubt

I came across a mathematical and scientific analogy to the odds of just (8) prophecies in the bible being fulfilled. You will be amazed! This, in itself, should reinforce every believer’s faith, and give unbelievers a lot of Spiritual food for thought.

A number of years ago, Peter W. Stoner and Robert C. Newman wrote a
book entitled Science Speaks. The book was based on the science of
probability, and vouched for by the American Scientific Affiliation.

This study determined the odds of any one man, in all of history, fulfilling even (8) of the (60) major prophecies (and 270 ramifications) fulfilled by the life of Jesus Christ. Are you ready?

The probability that Jesus of Nazareth could have fulfilled, even, eight (8)
such prophecies would be, only, 1 in 100, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000. Stoner claims that this many silver dollars would be enough to cover the face of the entire state of Texas ‘two feet deep’. We all know that Texas is a very big state.

Who in his right mind would suppose that a ‘blindfolded’ man heading out of Dallas, by foot in any direction, would be able, on his very first attempt, to pick up one (1), specifically, marked silver dollar out of 100, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000? Keep in mind, this analogy is the conclusion of probability based on, only, (8) fulfilled prophecies out of the (60) prophecies fulfilled!!!

Our belief in Jesus Christ is based on Faith. But God, in His infinite wisdom, has given us the miracle of fulfilled prophecies as a witness and testimony to His ‘Truths’; just as He did for Jesus when He walked the earth over 2,000 years ago.

Praise our Lord, Jesus Christ, Forever!

With thankfulness to our Father through His Son, Jesus Christ.

In Jesus’ name,

Debby Mac Manes, disciple of Jesus Christ <><
